•Confer with hiring managers to identify candidate needs, job requirements, qualifications and skills.
•Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
•To source best local and international recruitment agencies to act for each job vacancy in line with agreed policies and procedures, providing appropriate job/person descriptions to aid the search for suitable candidates.
•To participate in job interviews with line managers, capturing relevant information against criteria and completing standard interview evaluation forms, combining technical/line manager and HR views with respect to recommendations on hiring action (hire/hold/reject).
•Write and place job postings on various websites. Initiate contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings.
•Assist the global effort to limit and/or reduce the usage of agencies.
•Develop and execute recruitment search and sourcing strategy; must be able to locate candidates through job boards searches, social media, networking, agency and/or employee referrals.
•Candidate vetting through the interview process and closing candidate by managing salary negotiations and offer processing.
•Maintaining accurate applicant data and statuses in recruiting system and produce accurate weekly reports of activity and accomplishments for data trending.

•Promote company branding within industry through job fairs, networking, and creating marketing materials.
•Carry out periodic review of Data Base to ensure recruitment action on all vacant positions.
•Reviewing all personnel requisition forms (PRF) submitted to the recruitment office for accuracy and proper justification has been served.
•Communicating with all recruiting agencies in Far East and Asian countries for manpower requirements and recruitment activities.
•Ensuring that all communications with either recruiting agencies and / or direct candidates has been well documented and kept in file.
•Fully responsible to fill all vacant positions by means of the following.
•Obtaining approval on PQD from the concerned department and management before contracting any candidate.
•Ensure that all recruiting agencies or direct candidates are well informed to complete the authentication of documents prior to arrival.
•Maintain records on all recruitment expenses and comparing with Finance Department on regular basis.
•Arrange Visas in advance to avoid any delay in processing for deployment of approved candidates.
•Request new block visa in his/her area on quarterly basis as per probable manpower requirement.
•Maintain records on all hospital block visas that all visas have been utilized prior to expiration date.
•Contact candidate’s references both local and international to ensure good record of employment from their previous employer.
•Ensure that pre-arrival requirements have been completely accomplished to avoid any problem upon arrival of the new employee/s to the hospital.
•Prepare cash advance for new employees and make sure that the amount corresponding to the concerned employee has been properly coordinated with Finance Department.
•Responsible to disseminate information to all concerned departments for the arrival of new employee/s.
•Coordinate with Housing Coordinator in advance to arrange accommodation for new employee/s.
•Responsible to notify the transportation for the airport pick-up of new employee/s and make arrangement with Administrative Support Services Department for female new employee/s’ pick-up at the immigration at Airport.
•Receive new employees for in-processing and provide brief orientation on hospital policies and procedure.
•Ensure that the new employee has complete file as per new hire checklist before endorsing to Personnel Department.
•Responsible to complete paper work of Saudi council for all Physicians, Nurse and Paramedical staff for obtaining Saudi Council Equivalency/Certificate.
•Coordinating the meet and greet procedure for new hires in conjunction with Personnel Department and concerned Department for new employee to include first day induction program.
•Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
•Perform other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, commensurate with his/her assignment.
•Preparing the increments of all employees and updating the same in the payroll.
•Preparing the organization chart for the whole hospital wide yearly.
•Implemented the HR Systems as per the requirement and to maintain up to date.
•Based on the organization chart total manpower allocated in the hospital for the fiscal year, entering the same in the HMS system in order to generate the reports and fill the vacancies accordingly.
•Correcting copy, or recording media; proofreading completed materials and makes corrections.
•Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
•Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
•To employ contract workers to cover short-term production requirements.
•Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
•To support the continued pay competitiveness of Al-Ahsa Hospital within the local market place by periodically managing the conduct and analysis of market surveys/benchmarking and submitting data/recommendations for review/approval.
•To ensure completion of the Offer Letter and Contract of Employment (with the appropriate company signatures from the Manpower Planning and Recruitment Manager) by contacting the candidate to gain his final agreement/signature.
