Answer all the guest calls, request, inquiries, including wake up calls and handle the guest complaints. As A CID administrator I have to ensure that all the guest profiles are updated properly and make check out for the guest who already has checked out from the hotel. Get the approval for any permit over DTCM System, regarding Events or Entertainers and handle any issues regarding that.
