Project Scope

The Hydro Carbon product in the Oyong field consisted of Crude Oil and Gas. Despite, in his 10’s years, the Production oil rate in the Oyong field was observed to decrease to 1000 bopd significantly. The Company and its JV agreed to permanently shut off the Oil product by carrying out decommissioning toward 1 (one) FPSO, 1 (one) FSO and its appurtenances in term of the economies of operating cost. Meanwhile, the Gas product will keep streamed through performing several modifications at the Oyong platform for an independent processing system.

The existing operated FSO Shanghai is required to be replaced and released back to her port of origin since trapped under the regulation of Indonesian sea communication called “cabotage issue” due to still active registered under the foreign port and flag (Panama). The substitution vessel is a kind of commercial tanker which still requires some modification, e.g. Refurbishment against the existing facility on such New FSO and Conversion work to convert the vessel from the commercial tanker to become an FSO. After the conversion phase, both FSO will come into the Installation stage (replacement work) and entering the operation phase after first oil was agreed

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with class society (Vessel class - NKK) to determine specific inspection requirement for existing mooring chain, Loading & offloading system, annual/intermediate/special survey of the tanker, general marine aspect etc.
2. Liaise with seacomm to find the permit requirement for FSO and ensure compliance with government regulation
3. Involve in supervision and progress controlling during FSO refurbishment and conversion stage

Declining Reservoir Pressure will require the installation of an additional suction booster compressor in 3Q 2012 to maintain gas production

Project Scope

The Wortel development project involves the drilling and completion of two wells through a minimum facility wellhead platform, which was tied back to the existing Oyong wellhead platform with a 10” diameter pipeline. Installation of a tripod platform in the Wortel field and an extension tripod jacket and tied back to the existing Oyong Platform as the main scope of the project. The Wortel production will flow directly into the Oyong gas export pipeline and delivered to the Oyong onshore gas plant at the Grati area for processing and onward sale. The design rate of Wortel gas production is 50 MMscfd

2. Acting as a company representative on board the survey vessel during the pre-construction survey. It is to define the best right of way and bathymetric of the pipelines, identify debris and verify the met ocean condition.
