Working with SUN IMPEX INTERNATIONAL FOODS LLC, Located in Business Bay Area. Dealing in Agro Commodities, Nuts, Pulses, as an Importer/Exporter. Also Manufacturing Unit of Fruit pulp, Mango Pulp Etc. etc. in India Working as “Logistics Manager” since Dec. 2013 till date. My responsibilities are as follows:
• Having knowledge of national and international import/export legislation and able to handle effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise in international freight transportation.
• Handle Import, Export & Cross Trade / Third Country shipments under my supervision.
• After issue the purchase order, Monitoring and following the shipments till vessel arrival to destination at cross the world and Jebel Ali under my supervision.
• Handling all Transportation Arrangements and dealing with shipping lines & Forwarders to book the containers & Vessel schedule for our Import & Export shipments and Monitoring all the transaction closely.
• Also coordinating with international suppliers and buyers related to our shipments and other various issues.
• Dealing with Dubai Municipality to Registered the New Items bar code, FIRS DM Bar Code and solving all other matters related to Import & Export shipments under my supervision.
• Also Dealing with Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
• Supervise the record keeping and documentation under fully ISO procedure.
• Work on fully computerized environment.
• Direct reposting to our Director.
