In this position i work on regional level securing availability to the final customer by adding value to the replenishment process from supplier direct, consolidation points and Distribution Center. In addition, we offer services and information regarding availability to all parties within the supply chain at distributor and franchisees.
• First point of entry for the RSI in the country and support with supply and order issues
• In close cooperation with RSI, Regional Supply Team, and Trading proactively avoid shortages in stores and act to correct any deviations
• Provide RSI with relevant availability information through supply reports / SINFO text informing of limited supply situations, shortages and overstock, so as to support proactive sales steering
• Support RSI with smooth phasing in/out during the Product Change Date
• Process in stores
• Support in the opening of new stores and stores re-location/rebuild
• Represent ROIG towards IKEA Supply Chain and ensure their interest is taken into consideration
• Effectively and smoothly manage supply chain for all the retail outlets of MANGO, SPLASH, AK STUDIO (own brand) and LIFE STYLE all over PAKISTAN.
• Coordination with Design team and production team to ensure timely deliverables
• Coordination with Concept and VM’s regarding store operations and resolving all the conflicts
