1. Manufacturing Insight:
•Production Planning & Management
•Capacity Study, Planning and monitoring of manufacturing equipment.
•Prepare and analyze monthly Production, rejection and waste report.
•Monitor and Control unit consumption of raw material.
•Plastic processing techniques of a large variety of engineering materials for various types of injection, blow and extrusion machines.
•Able to understand, select, analyze and compare the technical details (MTDS &MSDS) of any kind of PMC.
•Hands on training and expertise to operate Computerized Injection molding machines ranges from 75 Ton to 3000Ton.

3. Health & Safety:
•Develop and maintain Safety program in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007 throughout company (Main Factory, Warehouses and Head Office)
•Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment for all locations
•Arrange and provide internal trainings (Firefighting, First Aid and Basic Health & Safety)
•Prepare and maintain “Monthly Surveillance Report”, “Incident Notification Report” for all locations
4. Quality Systems:
•ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 as internal auditor.
•Launched and implemented “Self Quality Assurance system” up to down the line machine operators.
5. Financial Management:
•Regulate manufacturing activities to constraint within the allocated budget.
•Review and scrutinize monthly production expenses
6. Maintenance:
•Prepare preventive maintenance plan for all machines and equipment.
•Monitor and analyze machine breakdown, efficiency and capacity utilization.
