To ensure the isometric vs M.T.O. quantities and Proposal submitted to client for tie-in point of utility line, prepared the M.T.O. for fire main water line
Prepared the method statement related to work scope.
To ensure the welding activity as per approved WPS, follow the approved ITP and pro-actively plan for minimize the occurrence to get weld repair joint after perform NDT at field weld.

Job Title: Site In-Charge (Piping & Mechanical)
Job Role:
To ensure the prefabrication, erection of CS, Alloy Steel, SS Piping up to 24-inchNPS (8600-inch dia.) SCH. 10 to 160, XS, STD, XXS.
To ensure the laying, jointing, Hydro test of pipeline up to 20 inch NPS Riser installation, concreting, backfilling, asphalting of fire water supply line underground CS pipe to RTR pipe.
To ensure the prefabrication of sump covers checkered plate, monkey ladder, and support for transmitter, manhole cover & modification of R.T.R. (Reinforced transmitted resin) pipe (28”, 30”) and painting of sump cover plate, monkey ladder, sump, sand blasting and relocation of motor push button, level transmitter, pressure transmitter.
Pipe replacement up to 20 inch N.P.S. and valve (Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly) replacement, Reposition of valve, steam trap replacement.

Check the quality of work participated in maintenance of mechanical (Pressure vessel, Piping, heat exchanger, Column) & Painting, sand blasting. Work controls the safety environment, control the manpower satisfied the client and our company management.
Attend the progress and planning meeting for daily progress and interact with the client engineers for the modification as per required at site.
