Joined the organization as Chemist and owing to the performance excellence attained promotions to the senior positions, first Quality Control & Development Chemist in Mar 2012 and then as Quality Control Manager & Construction System Development Team Leader in Jul 2017 and Currently Technical Manager C.S from 2022.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as a Quality Control In-charge for Liquid Admixtures, Epoxy Products & Cementitious products as well as performing trials for new product development.
Striving for continual enhancement of the existing products portfolio in coordination with sales personnel and utilising the provided feedback to meet the customer needs & market demands.
Development of new formulation (coatings, floorings, screeds, mortars, grouts, Tile Adhesive etc.) as per the customers’ specified requirements.
Other areas of deliverables include cost engineering, performance improvement, in-process trouble shooting, training & development of Technicians, Interns & other support Staff, and formulation rectification.
Technical support to sales team for project related submittals & consultations.
Technical site support to help the customer over issues arising on site.
Participating in manufacturing and testing of experimental laboratory batches.
Entry and maintenance of data (BOM’s & Recipes creation, Quality inspection data, etc.) into the ERP system (SAP).
Leveraging skills in maintenance of Quality Control Documentation for ISO 9001:2015.
Safeguarding customers interest by maintain continuous interaction with them to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.

Highlights:
• Ace skills in production of Concrete Admixtures, Epoxy based Flooring Compounds, Solvent base Epoxy Flooring Compounds, Repairing Compounds, Coating Compounds, Polymer Modified Bonding Agents, Production of Cement Based Grouts, Mortars, Tile Adhesives and Waterproofing Agents.
• Monitored and ran Honeywell DCS system (version HC 900 C 70 R) to Perform production activities of dry mortars and grouts (flooring, waterproofing, and repairing).
• Diligently handled plant equipments such as High Shear Mixers, Pressure vessels, Automated Cartridge Packing Machines (Schwerdtel), Solvent Recovery Units, Vessel Cleaning unit, Silos, screw conveyors, Belt Conveyors, Haver & Boecker packing machine (Benjamin), Hammer Crusher (impact crusher), Vibrating sieves, and Ribbon blenders, etc.
• Independently conducted electrical and mechanical maintenance and interfaced with Maintenance Department to ensure timely preventive maintenance of plant equipment.

• Tasked to supervise, plan and coordinate overall production tasks with key involvement in leading, mentoring and ensuring judicious use of manpower to achieve production targets.
• Notably contributed in overall administration of workplace safety, ensured effective housekeeping and troubleshot issues.
• Worked closely with quality control department and provided agile inputs to improve product quality.
• Involved in raw material warehouse management spanning maintaining inventory of raw materials and aligned raw materials based on their properties (flammability, toxicity, temperature sensitivity, etc.) and usage (consumption).
• Engaged in entry and maintenance of production data into the “ERP” system (Microsoft Dynamics Axapta AX- 4.0).
