Handling the erection & commissioning of process control equipment's and instrumentation systems and
resolving troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of job.

Carrying out erection & commissioning of Field instruments, ESDV & EBDV, Control valves and ON/OFF valves, deployment and maintenance of various systems.

Co-ordination with client for project inspections, stage wise activities for Hold/ Witness/ Surveillance/ Monitor and review points.

Co-ordinate with vendor package and review vendor package documents.

Project meeting with the internal team members.

Giving weekly targets to construction team and monitor the construction project closely.

Responsible for arranging all types of checking, verifying, reviewing drawings covering specifications, Datasheets, IFC, ILD, P&ID, and other attachment prior to installation and during inspection.

Ensuring all instruments were installed and tested as per project quality procedures, Project specification and Instrument installation.

onfirming that the Calibration of the instruments match with the specifications in the Ins Responsible for QC
documentation on calibration of all types of process Instrument calibrations Installation, Loop checking and Final function Tests and Tubing installation instrument Data Sheet.

Preparing daily work progress and witness Instrument Loops and make QC documentation of witnessed Loops.

Carryout the surveillance inspections of wiring termination and checking that all the tags are as per the termination schedule.

Witness for the calibration of the field instrument and Witness the loop check and commissioning activity as per approved ITP.

Co-ordinate with the client QA/QC representative for final inspection and Verify / clear of all punch list Items and sign off during plant commissioning.

To control plan schedule and execute the daily work.

Regular surveillance / monitoring inspection of construction activity as per project inspection and test plans.

To verify that construction activity complies with the company approved QC, ITP and Specification is followed.

Project inspection unit for project inspection and stage wise activities for witness hold point Co- ordination and corresponding with the client.

Involved in construction request for inspection (R.F.I.) and progress reporting carry out inspection work with company / client representative.

Issued NCR whenever specification/standard are flouted by the construction personnel

Ensure installation and test procedure(s) are followed.

Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.

Assist discipline leader in forecasting Inspection/Test requirements of each tagged items

Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.

Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.

Review all inspection reports for compliance.

Monitor performance of sub-contractors, ensure personnel are qualified and competent to perform allocated tasks, have valid certification, where required, for the techniques in use.

Monitor calibration status and condition of Inspection/Test and Measuring instruments.

Coordinate with construction supervisors for timely issue of RFI’s as work progress

Responsible for the approval of various inspection and testing for electrical and instrumentation works based on approved Quality Control Procedures & Inspections & Test Plan (QCP / ITP).

Issuance of punch list as per project scope of work. As a punch list co-coordinator, controlling punch list, ensuring the closing of the punch in coordination of electrical/instrumentation/piping group.

Maintaining all Red line drawings for site activities.

Conducting the inspection for the installation of cabinets, junction box and field mounted instruments.

Inspection & Monitoring of power/control/signal cables for cable laying, terminations and glanding with continuity and megger test.

Ensure that all installation is in compliance with approved installation drawing, technical specification and governing standard.

Inspect and monitor of instrument and stanchion installation, impulse/airline tubing with leak test, installation using Hook up Drawings and PIDs and cable termination of Junction Boxes, LCS, Lighting systems etc.

Inspect and monitor of Cable tray/conduit installation, On/Off Valves, Panels Installation (PLC, DCS, F&G).

Having good knowledge and experience in CFP projects in Kuwait.

Working with Commissioning team in CFP project and having the good knowledge about the Emergency valves and F&G detector.

Erection of Fire and gas detector

Cable laying, JB installation, tray installation

Calibration of F&G detector.

Writing Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning procedures for all Field instruments, Fire & Gas Systems.

Writing the Functional Test procedures for all types of Control Valves, and all the instruments.

Having the good knowledge about types of instrument cables and JBs.

Having good knowledge in P&ID diagrams, Cause & Effect diagrams and Loop folder.

Reviewing Vendor Documents and making Loop folder for the vendor packages.

Having the good knowledge of all kind of field instruments.

Knowledge and understanding of Process instrument equipment.

Erection and Installation of junction boxes, control room panels, Inst cable gladding and termination, laying of cables. Installation, calibration of various field instruments, transmitters & Switches (Pressure/Level/Flow /Temperature etc.) & cable termination in both field & control

Commissioning of Field Instruments like Level, Flow, Pressure & Temperature Transmitter, Control Valve, Pressure & Level Switches, and Display Units & Indicators.

Ensure all Type of work permit HSE, housekeeping

Coordination with Engineering Disciplines / Clients / Vendors / Sub contractors / Inspection team

Inspection on installation of the Cable tray fixing, JB Racks, JB, cable laying, glanding, termination, Installation of Panels

Assist Construction with inspection and punch out of installation and Vendor packages

Punch out of offered Sub-systems / Systems. Verification of Pre-Commissioning certification.
