• Preparation of Financial Statements as per IFRS requirements and liaison with Internal and external auditors for timely completion of the audit.
• Assisting in financial planning and control - Budgeting, trends & Variance analysis.
• Evaluating the viability of the development projects by calculating the project IRR, NPV, Free Cash Flow, and Project Payback.
• Preparing cash flows, bank position, and other management ad hoc reports.
• Supervise and maintain the general and subsidiary ledgers properly.
• Verification of LPO's, coding and posting of approved expenses as per budget in respective GL Accounts, cost centres and ensure approval for Opex & Capex.
• Ensure posting run is complete for all rental contracts in a timely manner.
• Liaise with property and facility managers for proper monthly closing and reporting process including the analysis of the monthly Rent Roll Report of all properties.
• Ensure timely preparation of tenant refunds in coordination with the credit control department.
• Responsibility for ensuring data collection, review, consolidation, preparation and payment of quarterly VAT liability.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting for VAT in the general ledger.
• Ownership of process for the preparation, validation & filing of VAT returns.
• Financial reports & managing overall finance function.
• Budgeting & performance measurement.
• Working Capital management and Monitor all bank movements.
• Provide customers and service profitability analysis.
• Identifying areas for cost-cutting and improvement.
