Presently working as IT support Engineer L2 at Onsite client COCO COLA Beverages Africa. DIFC, Dubai, UAE.

My Activities at Customer Site include:
●Assist L3 team in maintaining Dubai office servers network and
●Providing IT technical support to on-site and remote site CCS client users comprising matters like hardware/Software, data backups, email, Internet, VOIP, LAN etc.
●Maintain and regularly update onsite asset database and user billing through corporate applications and Provide monthly report to management.
●Managing VMware Airwatch Mobile Device Management. This includes, managing of directory services, Airwatch cloud based application. Enrollment of user’s mobile devices to access corporate mail and other internal applications. Resolve quarries and incidents.
●Managing Cibecs Backup solution onsite and in different sites this includes, managing of Cibecs servers and monitoring of user’s laptop data back-ups on a daily basis. Assist users in resolving failure backup issues.
●Assist L3 team in managing Hyper-V virtual server’s back-ups through Veeam backup & replication 9.0.
●Maintenance of Printers, Copier, Scanner and other IT related equipment’s.
●Managing up-to-date anti-virus protection.
●Recording incidents and their detailed diagnosis.
●Installation and configuration of new Laptop, Desktop through corporate OS image.
●Installation and testing of new hardware/software.
●Resolving LAN, WAN Connectivity issues.
●Travel off-site to assist and resolve incidents.
●Resolving support tickets within the SLA received via Service Now remedy.
●Participate in weekly Meetings with I.T. teams.
●Collaborate with different teams to ensure smoother IT operations.
●Maintain good relation with customers and vendors.
