• Dealing in both business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) types of sales.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails gaining repeat business wherever possible.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; gathering market and customer information.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions; reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations; attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

• Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
• Ensure pricing is correct, work on store displays.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.

• Responsible to manage guest telephone/email enquiries and communicate with guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner in order to deliver consistent seamless service.
• Regular and consistent communication with the Operational and Front Desk team to ensure all booking details are handed over in a clear and concise manner, so that service is delivered to meet and exceed the guests expectations.
• Keep systems up-to-date to ensure that available information is always accurate and useful
• To effectively communicate with the client throughout the booking process, ensuring we have the full understanding of the guests requirements and identify areas for future business opportunities and to promote repeat business.
