Human Resource Manager

Manager Human Resource / Asst. Manager Operations
Provision of administrative services to supervisors, managers and employees of the department:
• Provide advice, information and assistance to managers and employees on the administrative and documentation requirements of policies and procedures to be implemented, relating to the HR functions and actions.
• Produce a variety of HR reports using specialized software and maintain data in soft and hard form.
• Manage and complete the full hiring process, including staffing, recruiting, reporting, orientation and job evaluations.
• Monitor and manage absences, leaves, resignations and terminations of employees.
• Undertake various administrative tasks, i.e. receiving, sorting, filing, reviewing, processing and responding to correspondence such as memos, letters, emails and acknowledgement to job applications.
Asst. Human Resource Officer
Provide assistance in the hiring process:
• Arrange and conduct initial interviews for different academic posts.
• Manage and maintain staff related data in soft and hard form.
• Provide relevant data to the Finance Department as and when required.
