• Managing employee benefits & compensation and responding to employee inquiries related to remuneration.
• Handles emigrate system for immigration clearance and mobilization on time.
• Responsible for processing visas on time and making sure that the records in the Administration Department are kept up to date.
• Responsible for recruiting both blue collars as well as White Collars as per each department requirement with the Management Approval.

• Update Human Resources policies within current employment law of country.
• Clear understanding of State law of country for employee remunerations and be able to respond general questions regarding benefit matters.
• Provide General Human Resources support by serving as the first point of contact for employees, managing or escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain proper strategy to Retain Employees for success of Organization.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
• Handles emigrate system for immigration clearance and mobilization on time plus follow up the Employee joining procedure.
• Make sure that the records in the Administration Department are kept up to date and with filing compliance with ISO.
• Issue & renew Health Insurance/WC policy for all employees on a timely basis.
• Supervise PRO to ensure to stamp new visa and renewal of visa on time, new visa application done as per approval etc.
• Significantly deal & maintain records of each employee’s performance review, promotion, tenancy contract, holidays, sickness, passport, visa renewal etc.
