I working as a Sheet metal Factory Manager Benha Electronics Co. which is a Militarism Factory has about 2, 500 employ 600 of them in the mechanical department which responsible of product all the mechanical parts (Militarism and civil) like Radar shelters, Enclosures, Storage systems, Device panels … etc. depending on a large facilities of Traditional cutting machines and CNC (Punching, Milling, Turning and Laser ) machines. The company achieved production of 473 million pounds in the budget for 2011/2012
Generic Responsibilities:
• Maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials to produce multi-line products within planned schedules while reducing costs
• Create R&D unit for the mechanical department
• Develop and track cost improvement projects to reduce production costs
• Manage activities related to strategic purchasing to minimize operating expenses
• Control inventory and raw material handling
• Design, implement and audit quality control processes
• Assist with new cost quotes and price quotations for products
• Cooperate with the different department to complete the company projects
• Lead section's engineers and labors to reach the company target
Manager of Production and Design Department
MSSF is a lead company in sheet metal fabrication in Eastern Area- KSA. Which have manpower 150 employees and various CNC machine "Laser, Punching, Binding and shearing ", the Factory working in three sectors of work:-
• Storage tanks capacity up to 250m3 (8 million SR/year)
• Industrial sheet metal products (2 million SR/year)
• Central kitchen (6 million SR/year)
• Architecture works (6 million SR/year)
Generic Responsibilities:
• Supervision and planning the production processes
• Development production and productivity
• Control the products cost and improve production possibility
• Lead the production engineers and labors to reach the company target
• Lead the design team to improve products design
• Monitoring & control programming, operation and maintenance of the CNC machines
• Start new activates (Cable Tray, storage systems, fire fighting enclosures…etc.)

• Cooperation with U.S. experts
• Overseeing the receipt of imported raw materials
