•Maintain a solid understanding of current Information Technology tools and practices to guide the company in the appropriate IT investments and initiatives

•Analyzed current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and, capital expenditures and made sure budgets and forecasts aligned with historical trends
•Produced a variety of routine and ad hoc financial reports, packages and pro forma analyses for senior management and planning unit
•Developed strategic business plans and forecasts; provided analysis on the financial status of individual contracts and of the combined program operation
•Identified opportunities to reduce cost and increase profitability throughout the organization; initiated projects to achieve improvements in these areas
•Ensured the financial statements provided a realistic view of the operation’s financial position; analyzed trends and metrics to develop solutions and processes for the program
