Working as a Sr. Consult Communication Engineer in Security Force Medical Cities in Riyadh and Jeddah. The largest medical investment in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), it’s developed on the 2.5 Km2 in Riyadh & Jeddah. SFMC consist of:
Medical Facilities, (Approximately 1600 Beds)
Residential area,
Data Center Building,
Utility Plants.
Deep review and analysis of the submitted packages requirements through all design stages (Concept/Schematic, DD- Design Development, CD- Construction Documentation and IFC-Shop Drawings) elaborated in PEP deliverables, internal policies and procedures on the use of ICT.
Full compliance with Tender documents (SWBD, Specifications, reference design & BOQ).
Ensure that the Data Center (Structural, Architectural, MEPF and ICT) compliance with
“TIER -III” and selective features of “TIER - IV”.
• Responsible for the field works supervision and Time scheduling of daily activities of the wiring, installation and termination of the electrical and low current systems.
• Responsible for editing the received electrical drawings, materials estimation, cost analysis, coordinating with the design office for any modifications if required.
• Provided leadership and direction the team involved in order to gain the maximum productivity according to the planned schedule
Responsible for installation, testing & commissioning of the followings:
•Substations & Electrical rooms: First fix installations (EMT pipes, cable tray, race ways and cabling), LV switchboard panels, MDB's, SMDP's, bus duct risers (Schneider, Siemens, GE, Modern control techniques integrated with BMS), Analyze of Bus-bar and related calculations, cable size, calculations, Circuit Breakers, prospective short circuit current calculations, voltage drop calculation, load balancing, generators test schedule and it's control integration with BMS.
• Coordination the recommended installation with other Disciplines (HVAC, Plumbing, Pneumatic tube system, Biomedical and Medical gases)
• PABX and telephone networks (Avaya s8700, Meridian, Panasonic, Siemens).
• LAN Cisco technology (Back bone fiber optic cables pulling & terminations, Cat 6 UTP cabling, terminations,
cables continuity, length testing, and Racks organized.
• Fire alarm System (intelligent addressable and conventional) and Fire pumps system.
• Public address system /Mass Notification.
• DVMS/CCTV Cameras and SMATV system - Design and install.
• Conventional Control panels -R.O plants, sump pumps, distribution pumps, water pumps, generators, water & steam boilers and variety of other control panels.
• Access control system-using card readers, keypad and finger print readers.
• Nurse call systems and staff locator -Using Executone information technology. Design, installation and configuration.
• As built drawings submitted to the design office for approval and filling
•Responsible for the field works supervision and Time scheduling of daily activities.
•Wiring, Termination and Installation of Electronics and Telecommunications Systems such as \[FACP, CCTV, SMATV, PA and Music System, Control Access doors, PABX, etc.\]
•Testing, Commissioning and Handing -over the projects to the Clients and consultants.
•Preparing the necessary Drawings and as built diagrams.
