1. Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
2. Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
3. Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
4. Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
5. Ensure daily/weekly stock report and send to head office.
6. Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the Organisation policy.
7. Ensure neat and clearness of store for preserving spare and taking cautious items.
8. Any other task assigned by the Management.
1 . Receive incoming materials, conduct inspections, ensure quantity as per packing list or challan .
2 . Ensure storage of materials in a proper way.
3 . Maintain Stock Report using software.
4 . Dispatch product through 'Dispatch Form' .
5 . Ensure proper documentation and maintain requisition, gate pass and delivery register .
6. Perform any other jobs that may be assigned by senior managements from time to time.
1 . To prepare Invoice, Packing lists and other documents.
2 . Dispatch product through 'Dispatch Form'
3 . Store Receive, Make the inventory and Make ledger entry.
4 . Management of all store operational issues to include Store administrative duties, physical inventories etc.
5 . Perform any other jobs that may be assigned by senior managements from time to time.
1. Able to manage over all operation and reporting as well as maintain the store properly.
2. Keep updated records on stock book, and computer inventory lists.
3. Prepare and compile all sorts of Vouchers of all transactions with proper supporting documents.
4. Planning and monitoring the storage and delivery of orders.
