Manage and implement policies and procedures relating to people & organizational development.
Manage day to day HR operational activities including recruitment, payroll, HRIS, C&B, HR compliance and employee engagement across the group (Trading & Industry)
Support the goal of establishing the human resources of the group as a critical component in accomplishing business goals.
Maintain a positive and structured work environment which encourages the successful operation of the business, calling upon the necessary processes to deal with disciplinary, grievance and workforce change situations.
Provide forward thinking HR consultation and practices on strategic organizational and leadership development opportunities.
Guide managers and employees on inquiries, concerns, needs, problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
Manages employee relations issues in collaboration with appropriate resources, including law, compensation and benefits.
Manage the group corporate transformation (organization restructure, ERP implementation)
Ensure integrity of Workday data and provide HR related data and reporting to CEO to promote data driven decision making and strategy development.
Provide expertise in strategy execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
Provide appropriate counsel and leadership on organization structure and design issues aligned to the functional strategy.

Plan, lead, develop, coordinates, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.

Oversees HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with labor laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Develop and implement HR & Administration budget.

Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

Guides management and employee actions by developing HR guidelines, communicating the guidelines and enforcing organization values

Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization

Oversee all matters relating to facilities and administration, including building lease, front desk, supply resource management and records function.

Maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits

Responsible for meeting the manpower needs of the business unit right from manpower planning to ensuring that the needs are fulfilled effectively, at the right time and in a cost effective manner.

Develop policies under the guidance of Corporate HR & implement HR policies and systems in the business unit. Responsible for implementing the organization’s compensation & benefits philosophy and administer the benefits package effectively.

Lead & Drive the periodic performance management process right from facilitating the cascading of the organizational objectives, implementing performance assessment programs to post assessment feedback, coaching and development sessions.

Identify L&D needs and formulate the learning calendar in line with the corporate HR & organizational objectives. Implement calendar & administer effectiveness evaluation.

To lead, manage, monitor and facilitate the general administration & related activities of Dana Gas Egypt. Administer expatriations repatriations and transfers of foreign employees. This includes liaising with home/host procedures, pre-assignment/departure orientations, payroll transfer, medical plan, and education for dependent children…etc...

Provide expatriates with proper support related to all concerned issues. Maintain the expatriate policies aligned with the global guidelines.

To manage the general maintenance of offices & ensure smooth functioning of the office facilities. Ensure that the office supplies & stationaries are ordered periodically as per requirement & maintained in a good condition.

Generate relevant reports and records
To work closely with the contracts department in areas such as identifying new vendors in the area of facilities, travel and office administration

Develop and maintain a CSR strategy together with the Head Office.

Implement and manage the CSR program and on the ground delivery, monitoring and reporting results.

Create, maintain and deliver reports on the results of CSR, Sustainable Development (SD), Summary Integration plans and Environmental performance.

Coordinate special events such as sponsorship, conferences and company events

To set and agree on the HR activities and projects plan in the plant in coordination with the country HR Director.

To deal with all industrial relations topics and handle the day to day relationship with the Union to ensure an ongoing environment of cooperation and trust between employees of all levels and the Company.

To establish and manage the internal employee processes such as grievance and disciplinary procedures to support both employees and management.

To coordinate with Supply Chain Director and HR Director on manpower planning for the plant.

To control HR budget for the Plant.

To manage, assess and develop the HR teem in the Plant to ensure effective performance and contribution at all times.
To coordinate, plan and ensure execution of training plan for all the plant employees

To ensure the smooth and transparent running of the appraisal system to support management in implementing resultant development and training plans.

To manage medical scheme and problem solving to ensure smooth operation.

To support the Plant manager in developing the site management teem

To apply and control the implementation of HR policies and procedures in order to ensure employees compliance.

To prepare the personnel department annual budget and to control and monitor monthly expenditures to ensure compliance with the approved budget.

To manage and control the Company payroll, grants, bonus and any other separate payments to ensure timely payments to the employees.

To manage and ensure that employee files and HRIS data are up-to-date in order to provide reliable information.

To maintain a healthy relationship with governmental bodies (Social Insurance, Labor Office & Work Permit Authority) in order to ensure compliance with the related Egyptian laws and smooth workflow.

To manage and control overall employees benefits in accordance with the HR policies and procedures to ensure quality and reliable services.

To manage and control outsourced employees personnel issues in order to ensure smooth workflow.

To prepare monthly personnel statistical reports to provide a detailed analysis for decision making.

To assist in the market annual compensation & benefits survey to determine the Company's competitive advantage and provide analysis report.

To recruit the most talented employees timely so that productivity is optimized.
To implement and maintain the competency modelling system to ensure that all the job holders obtain the competencies need for performing the job effectively.
To manage the company performance appraisal system to ensure consistency and fair evaluation of the employees.
To implement and monitor the company non-technical training plan to ensure that all employees are sufficiently skilled.
To prepare, implement, control and track the Training & Recruitment department budget to ensure the expenses are effectively managed.
To oversee the execution of the Summer Internship Program.
To compile the HR statistical reports concerning, headcount, staffing status, Training, etc..., in order to provide the top management with HR information.
To manage the Training & Recruitment department team which may include employees' performance, coaching, training and development and discipline in order to ensure that the team is motivated to achieve its objectives

Prepare, validate and execute the Company monthly payroll, grants, bonus and any other separate payments to ensure timely payments to the employees
Analyze the monthly payroll dues and deductions sorted by department, in order to provide a complete financial analysis of the monthly payroll
Respond to employees enquires regarding the company benefits and any other related issues in order to maintain healthy interdepartmental relations
Review, validate and record all time sheets of the company employees in order to control the attendance and maintain discipline.
Administer the market annual benefits survey to determine the company's competitive advantage and provide recommendations
Liaise with the governmental authorities (social insurance & labor office) in order to ensure compliance with the related Egyptian laws
Prepare and assist in the annual departmental budget to be provided to the Budget & Cost Control dept
Revise quarterly the benefits expenditures versus planned budget to ensure control and compliance with the set budget
Process and validate all medical claims (employee & family) to provide a satisfactory medical service and ensure compliance with the company medical policy
Process outsourced employees personnel issues in coordination with the contractor to ensure smooth workflow

Studies current organizational occupational data and compiles distribution reports, organization and flow charts, and other background information required for study.
Observes jobs and interviews workers and supervisory personnel to determine job and worker requirements.
Analyzes occupational data such as physical, mental, and training requirements of jobs and workers and develops written summaries such as job descriptions, job specifications, and lines of career movement.

Explain personnel rules and regulations to department heads, employees, and applicants
Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.
