•Support the interests of the Senior Project Manager at the site, in particular in relation to safety, security, cost optimisation and management, and schedule control.

Appointed to deliver £35m 11kv and 22kv Power Supply Infrastructure for ATC Signalling system project and led the £18m Lillie Bridge Upgrade and Whitely Siding Upgrade project
•Responsible for managing the full life-cycle of complex projects from planning to delivery
•Project management & procurement for design & supply projects with £18m - £35m budgets
•Monitored operational performance ensuring quality compliance, operational & cost efficiency
•Provide strong leadership and coordination to ensure the site team is working effectively to achieve the project KPI's. Identify and address risks and issues, escalating to the Site Project Manager and Senior Project Manager as required.
