•Marketing in house brands to increase their popularity among the target audience.
•Conducting in-depth analysis to determine the image/demand of the brand.
•Supporting the Brand Manager in developing the long term & short term marketing strategy and marketing plan.
•Working with technical R&D counterparts to translate market requirements into product design features.
•Exploring ways of improving existing products, and increasing profitability
•Analyzing reports and presenting findings to senior management. This includes, A&P Activities conducted/proposed or planned as well as Sales data (from both Principal and Distributor).

•Controlling budget in-line with department objectives and business plans.
•Utilizing all resources cost effectively.
•Developing & refining the brands in-store demonstration program.

•Developing annual marketing plans in partnership with the distributor and management.
•Implement strategic plans to maximize brand potential.
•Ensuring profit targets are achieved, margins maintained & budget controlled.
•Monitoring performance against marketing targets both internally & externally.
•Effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the subordinates.
•Monitoring and analyzing the brand and its competitors performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
•Social Media activity (Planning and execution)
•Assisting Marketing & Sales for Export markets (GCC, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Syria, Holland & China)
1. Participating at planning sales and marketing strategy to achieve AOP inline to organizational goals.
2. Set & coordinate individual country sales targets and marketing support budget.
3. Monitor the achievement of sales objectives (monthly basis) by the distributors.
4. Prepare periodic MOR and BOD brand presentations.
5. Develop promotional ideas and materials.
6. Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management).
7. Control expenses and monitor budgets.
Participating at planning sales and marketing strategy to achieve annual operational plan inline to organizational goals.
Monitor the achievement of sales objectives (monthly basis) by the distributors.
Ensuring timely Export orders, advance payments & delivery.
Develop promotional ideas and materials.
Control expenses and monitor budgets.
Conduct market research and analysis competitors shelf prices or promotions.
Represent Brand at export market during GULFOOD Exhibition (Dubai)
