- Lead multiple interviews with experts across a variety of industries to gather sufficient data and information to feed into the Excel model, develop and test it
- Created an Excel model to measure the risks considered most significant, based on three different independent variables identified as most significant, which is intended to be used by the firm to attract potential clients once sufficient data has been collected and fed into it
- Coordinated Arts Global project activities, an online portal bringing together the arts community in the Middle East, ranging from conducting research to organizing events and activities
- Analyzed the current environmental factors and offered recommendations to the project manager about the scheduling of various relevant or critical activities, resulting in the avoidance of risking low invitee attendance
