• Monitors project metrics, escalates and documents risks, prepares and presents weekly reporting

• Drives and coordinates estimates, phase gate reviews, and all long-term asset management planning initiatives which impact cost or schedule baselines
• Updates monthly forecasts in Ecosys, incorporating earned value analysis and existing trends
• Defines work packages, determines project coding, and loads cost and schedule resources
• Proactively reviews project schedules and baselines to address delays, conflicts, or bottlenecks
• Creating and reviewing collaborative financial plans tailored for individuals with assets over $1M
• Analysing and presenting investment or market data for clients in a meaningful way
• Establishes tax strategies for clients to eficiently utilize their funds over retirement
• Updates client file according to MFDA regulation and responsible for all document management
• Engages with partners to assist with estate or business planning as required
