Supervise and responsible for all Inbound and Outbound.
Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
Supervise and assign duties to the warehouse staff.
Tracks and records all incoming consignments and outgoing shipments.
Cross check the GRR against GRN that is prepared and signed by Warehouse Manager.
Confirms proper and timely delivery of items.
Supervise all forklift operations.
Maintains warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times.
Checks the quantity and quality of goods received for conformity to purchase orders.
Ensures shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of goods are performed in an efficient manner.
Make sure stock rotation and replenishment is happening on timely basis.
Proper physical count of inventory to verify accuracy on a regular basis; investigates and reports reasons for discrepancy.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Prepare, set-up and pull-out exhibition materials to promote the products in any events in UAE.
Motivates and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks.
Improves warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system
Well enhanced on Warehouse Management System (WMS) and PDA / JD Edward applications.
Performs other related duties as required by the management.
Interface with customers/employees to answer questions and solve problems.
May be called upon to deliver and merchandiser the goods to the supermarkets when necessary.
Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse
Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date
Monitor and manage inventory control
Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Conduct the smooth functions relating to requisition, receipt, stacking, and dispatch of goods and supplies
Use computerized systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record goods movement. Keeping records (often computerized) of goods, their location and quantity
Perform all duties assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor
Follow proper documentation and safety procedures of all warehouse functions.
Responsible for the delivery and unloading of Company’s goods to customer locations, meeting internal schedule and quality standards
Organize and load goods for delivery
Deliver goods in company owned vehicles by using the most efficient delivery routes
Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional deliver service in a safe and timely manner.
Prepare, set-up and pull-out exhibition materials to promote the products most likely in the hospitals.
Gone to the customs to arranged paper / documents clearance
Deal with custom inspector what contains / quantity of outgoing deliveries and shipments
Clear all documents of incoming materials in customs
Explain to customs inspector that all material is related to our company business
Answer all questions from customs inspector more about company business activities
