• Responsible for all project inquiries to tendering offer, technical/ commercial submittals, and
price negotiations.
• Coordination with technical team to generate technical solution matching the client technical
requirement and budget needs.
• Identifying and selection of compatible devices according to existing ELV Systems requirements from different brands and product lines such as JCI, Distech. Greystone, Schneider, Siemens and
many more.
• Tracking/ monitoring proposals and following up essential projects to ensure conversion of sales
to orders.
• Compliance of requirements in preparation to project implementation and commissioning works.
• Track/ monitor material requirements for all projects to ensure project is within the timeline and
coordinate with clients regarding delivery updates.

• Research manufacturers from China and done screenings as per management qualifications.
• Conduct site visits and facility inspections to manufacturing plants in China to ensure future partner is equipped with the product requirements.
• Responsible for coordination with product design and manufacturing from China.
• Responsible for generating product data sheets, instruction manuals and packaging details.

• Responsible for new ELV ProjectInquiries such as BMS, and LCS which includes the following:
• Review specifications, equipment lists, control schematics and ELV diagrams to generate
compliant BillOf Quantity (BOQ), Proposal and Submittals.
• Present technical design and commercial proposals to all relevant personnel to ensure alignment with the sales and technical direction of the project.

• Responsible forTechnicalOperations and Maintenance Services forthe following plant systems.
• Water Treatment Plant (Deep wells, Domestic water supply, Softened Water
Treatment System, Demineralized Water Treatment System).
• Waste Water Treatment Plant (Sumps, Equalization System, Anaerobic and Aerobic
System and Sludge System).
• Power and Services (PowerSubstation, Generators and PowerCenters).
