• Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring they are delivered on time,
within scope and within budget. Utilize Project Management
methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMI) to guide every stakeholder through
the project lifecycle.
• Lead the cross-functional teams, such as IT, OT, Engineering,
CyberSecurity, Operations, Maintenance and Inspection, HSE,
Procurement and Contract, Environment and Climate Sustainability,
and external vendors.
• Collaborating with Procurement and Contracts team to prepare
documents for tendering. Generating criteria and scoring matrix for
product and vendor assessment. Conducting Technical Assessment
including design, methodology, risk, timeline, compliance, manpower
and experience. Concluding the offering and generating final
assessment reporting to project director.
