Until November 2021, SAP HCM was actively in use, after we moved all the modules to SuccessFactors, HCM use has been limited to updating master data via integration. My role is to act as IT Business Partner for HR understanding process gaps, providing solutions, analysing the issues and provide optimal support in terms of configuration and data requirements.
