Coordinate with recruitment agencies & creates a status report. Updates the recruitment agency status report .Keep a record of all the CV’s received from local and international. Updates the applicant report status. Keep tracking of all the CV’s received from the recruitment agencies and maintain good coordination with recruitment agencies for smooth flow. Coordinate with document controller on design deliverable transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents. Assist procurement team with all necessary technical inputs to facilitate award of procurement and subcontract packages.
Project Coordinator
Worked as Project Coordinator for Aramco UPDC Project. Coordinate with vendors to schedule training for their products. Coordinate meetings, including expense reports. Prepare and/or edit presentations and tables. Members, ensure adherence to deadlines. File all project documents (hard and soft copies). Prepare daily schedules for Project technicians. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.
Service Coordinator
Prepares internal department requests both in and out and also keeps a tracking of all. Assists the department manager. Prepare daily schedule for service technicians. Collects daily activity log from all the technicians. Assign Service Technician and serve as liaison with Service Technician and service location .Track all jobs in progress and complete administrative items as needed to open and close each work order .Review and maintain records for Service Technicians: Ensure labor hours are within prescribed guidelines, ensure completion and return of all required paperwork. Perform follow-up and appointment setting calls as needed.
