• Devise planning of project execution in line with subcontract agreement & scope of work.
• Responsible for Shop drawing, Material Submittal & Method of Statements approval from the consultant.
• Responsible for arranging required BOQ from approved Shop Drawing, sending it to procurement department and make sure the availability of material in the site as per procurement schedule.
• Preparing Manpower utilization schedule & Equipment’s schedule.
• Demonstrated exemplary expertise in Handling of proper procurement, Monitoring & Inventory control, Independent planning, supervision & control of tools & equipment.
• Report weekly site activities to Project Manager and Project Director.
• Preparing Monthly Invoice, quantity breakdown, and variation claim.
• Accountable for reviewing work progress at site along with client and consultant.
Reporting to Sr. Planning Engineer about the following activities. Proactively engaged in independently handling site issues, Billing and sub-contractors.
Prepared and evaluated bills for Sub-contractors quantification along with managing for release of their payments schedule according to company’s
beneficial aspects.
Analyzed drawings, specifications and statement of work in the preparation of activity networks for planning.
Prepared detailed cash flow, Key performance charts and histograms, Manpower, Quantities report for project
Keen eye follow-ups of priority projects with Co-ordination of Site Engineer and Procurement Department regarding the interfacing of material and equipment’s delivery on time.
Review and evaluate Sub-contractors schedule and reports and recommend necessary action in order to align Sub-contractors’ items in as per scheduled
contract.
Co-ordinated with consultant and civil Q\C and relevant staff to assist in the installation of MEP works, facilitating problem solving for both sides Subcontractors as well as company.
Administering, maintaining, instructing labors with supervisor to assist and aid in monitoring, managing to conduct in the direction of successfully complete the work assignment.
Resolved site related issues with other services in co-ordination of design department.
Following-up and analyzed project execution in order to meet given schedule.
Prepared BOQ with Cost Analysis.
Preparation of Material Submittal and familiarized with project inspections.

Performed pressure test, flushing and 2nd fix installation.
