Airborne Industries LLP provides Project Management and Facility Management services in construction industries all over India in the field of MEP. Working on Tissue Culture Lab as MEP Project Manager. The client Rise N Shine Pvt Ltd, Pune appointed Airborne to provide Project Management Services for the Design phase and Installation phase of their Tissue Culture Lab 4.
Project management of construction projects in the field of Industrial, Commercial and Residential.
Managing the Tender Administration for main construction work & RFP’s for Sub Consultancies.
Assist in development of RFP from inception to sign off.
Prepares engineering reports, tender document and assist in the evolution of proposals.

Review of the MEP Design reports prior to submission to the authorities and monitoring.

Attending preconstruction meeting with the clients, contractors and consultants as necessary.
Participate in risk assessment, and recommends design modifications to eliminate system malfunctions.
Responsible for delivering MEP solutions to the queries / requests from internal / external stake holders.
Read and interpret design and construction drawings, Schematics and system generated reports and others such as Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements, As Build Drawings and O&M Manuals.

I have been checking the Design, Calculations, Shop Drawings and respective Materials Submittals for approvals as per the respective standards and project specifications
Review and Finalization of the Tender Document for raising the necessary Purchase Requisition/Contract Requisitions for all the MEP related Works
Monitoring all work of contractors and third party suppliers in accordance with schedules
Decision making in progress review meeting’s with vendors
Ensure the contractor mobilization and commencement of works as per plan /schedule
Conducting site meetings with contractors for work progress and resolving the issues if any
Ensuring work front and clearance to the contractor
RA Bills certification
Regular monitoring of site progress at site on day to day basis
Accomplish the project on time within the scope of work, budget and achieving the targets Assigned on time
Working on TNEB Sugar project (two 18MW and two 15MW), DCS project (2X350MW) as a Project Manager. The job profile is the designing, taking approval from clint, coordination with client, coordination with site activities, coordination with purchase department, etc.
Undertake a thorough study of Tender Drawings, Specification & BOQ, followed by estimation of the project
Supervise all execution activities including providing technical inputs on methodologies & coordination with site management activities
Identify & develop a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery so as to minimise project cost
Network with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to ascertain technical specifications, project related essentials, based on the prevalent rules
Maintain good relations with Statutory Authorities for availing mandatory sanctions
Submission of shop drawings to local authorities and follow up for approvals
Floating enquiries for the equipments and all related materials to the suppliers for the quotations from the specified project vendors
Working closely with clients to understand their needs
