The client Rise N Shine Pvt Ltd, Pune appointed Airborne to provide Project Management Services for the Design phase and Installation phase of their Tissue Culture Lab 4.

Managing the Tender Administration for main construction work & RFP’s for Sub Consultancies.
Assist in development of RFP from inception to sign off.
Prepares engineering reports, tender document and assist in the evolution of proposals.

Monitoring all work of contractors and third party suppliers in accordance with schedules
Decision making in progress review meeting’s with vendors
Ensure the contractor mobilization and commencement of works as per plan /schedule
Conducting site meetings with contractors for work progress and resolving the issues if any
Ensuring work front and clearance to the contractor
RA Bills certification
Regular monitoring of site progress at site on day to day basis
Accomplish the project on time within the scope of work, budget and achieving the targets Assigned on time
Working on TNEB Sugar project (two 18MW and two 15MW), DCS project (2X350MW) as a Project Manager. The job profile is the designing, taking approval from clint, coordination with client, coordination with site activities, coordination with purchase department, etc.
Undertake a thorough study of Tender Drawings, Specification & BOQ, followed by estimation of the project
Supervise all execution activities including providing technical inputs on methodologies & coordination with site management activities
Identify & develop a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery so as to minimise project cost
