• Greeting patients at the reception.
• Providing assistance to all Walk in Customers.
• Guiding fill up of registration, insurance forms in case CSEs are not available
• Promoting Health packages
• Coordinating with and provide information to marketing team about the footfall per doctor
• Providing necessary information about the procedures & policies at the clinic
• Interacting with patients at the reception and understand the query
• Dividing / Redirecting patient flow among doctors as per the needs of patients
• Controlling the crowd/ patient flow at the reception/counters
• Sending monthly clinic performance report to Operations Managers
• Ensuring quality of service rendered at the clinic
• Preparing a training calendar
• Ensuring all staffs in the unit go through the allotted scheduled training sessions
• Coordinating with trainers (in house) for organizing weekly training sessions
• Solving complaints raised by patients.
• Reporting to Operations Manager
