Preservation, installation, commissioning and maintenance of rotary and static equipment.

 Installation, preservation and maintenance of pumps such as positive displacement pumps
which are rotary pumps and reciprocating pumps. Dynamics pumps also installed
preserved and maintained are axial pumps and centrifugal pumps.
 Piping facility completion by cardboard blasting, line box up with LPD (low point drain) and
HPV (High point vent), piping insulation, strainer installation.
 Pump mechanical seal pot flushing, pump flange alignment, pump shaft coupling installation
and alignment. Pump solo run test with vibration checks.
 Installation, internal and external inspection, mechanical completion box-up and
maintenance of pressure vessels such as underground vessel, propane bullet vessel and
storage tanks.
 Review of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) with pumps, vessels, tanks, heat
exchangers, compressor, turbine, strainers, filters, coolers, process skid, static mixer, all
lines, pipe specification, line size, valves, flow direction, blind, line number, insulation heat
tracing, pressure indicators, pressure gauges, temperature indicator, flow element, control
valves, temperature sensor etc.
 Installation and maintenance of CDU (Crude Distillation Unit) facilities which includes heat
exchangers, Desalter crude preheat train A & B, Crude furnace, Crude oil distillation tower,
reboilers, condenser, reflux drum etc.

 6 inch offshore pipeline flowline construction and installation with S-lay barge at Shell
Frocados pipeline system with concrete mattress installation for pipeline seabed stability
by Divers and survey team.
 Tenoil ExxonMobil offshore field, platform rehabilitation and scrubber platform fabrication
and installation with pumps. Pipeline system construction and tie-in to an existing line.
 Shell Forcados platform rehabilitation by structural blasting, coating, offshore platform
office renovation, fabrication and installation of rigid riser with 3 layer Fusion Bond epoxy
(FBE) coating application.

 Mechanical completion on all sub-systems at SSAGS flow-stations, signing of A sheets and
punch list co-ordinator for all discipline ( piping/electrical/instrumentation/mechanical)
 Ensure the integrity of all project material/equipment such as Solar Gas Turbine packages,
AG Booster Compressor packages, Pipelines, Pipes, AG & Exports compressors, Instruments
Air package, Flare packages etc in accordance with vendor/project procedures at all project
sites from receipt to commissioning.
 Measurement of insulation resistance between each phase and earth of Electric Heaters,
Neutral Earthing resistors, Low voltage Induction motors.
 Ensure Corrosion and corrosion control method compliance with vendor/project method
statement, handling Twister Tubes, Twister Mokveld valves, Twister Hydrate Separators
and preservation recommendations/procedures at all project sites.
 Comply of preservation matrix for material/equipment such as flushing Bearing Housing of
Horizontal centrifugal pumps, General Service pumps, BB centrifugal Pumps package in
accordance with the vendor procedure.
 Coordinate preservation activities at all project sites in line with vendor/project procedure
from receipt to commissioning at all project sites.
 Create and maintain a planned schedule for materials/equipments at all project sites.
 Ensure completion of preservation reports, logs and record of Transmittal to QA/QC project
management.
 Maintain physical record of original reports, logs, vendor/project procedures, method
statement and recommendations.
 Nitrogen purging and pressurization of LP Gas Inlet vessels, Air Coolers, Process Gas Filters,
Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, HP Fuel Gas Filters, Storage Tanks and Pressure vessels
etc.
 Provide assistance to QA/QC during audits and inspections at all project sites.
 Create and maintain a list of all equipment and tools required to carry out preservation
activities at all project sites.
 Maintain all record of consumables materials, corrosion inhibitors, lubricants, gases, etc to
clean/dry interiors of mechanical equipments such as shafts, Fuel Gas package, Emergency
Diesel Generators, Nitrogen Generations package in order to preserve design integrity at all
project sites.
 Revise the project storage codes and standards, handling and preservation plan as
necessary.

 Precise supervision of pipeline integrity plan and baseline assessment plan for failure
analysis involving external interference (third party damage), external and internal
corrosion, incorrect operations, ground movements, overpressure, manufacturing and
installation defects, weather, fatigue, stress corrosion cracking etc
 Maintain direct and regular contract with client and asset teams in order to ensure an
effective inspection service. Mostly input into shutdown procedure to ensure inspection
requirements are clearly identified and scheduled.
 Coordinate and participate in periodic Offshore/onshore pipeline routing and equipment
review in order to maximize pipeline integrity. Ensure the effective application of new
techniques, technologies and use of specialist NDT personnel to limit intrusive inspection so
to maximize inspection intervals where appropriate.
 Performed Sacrificial anode Cathodic protection and Impressed current Cathodic protection
improvements for onshore and offshore pipelines, repair coating applications, rehabilitation
and increased surveillance/monitoring of pipeline route corridor to maintain pipeline
integrity
 Involved in HAZID, HAZOP, emergency plan, procedure, response, pipeline threats
identification, discovery management strategy, failure probability, failure consequence, risk
analysis, risk assessment and risk management.
 Provided good practice for assessment of pipeline structural integrity and utilized
inspection test method to conduct integrity assessment which includes hydro-testing, in
line inspection and direct survey inspection method.
 Co-ordinate and action Onshore/Offshore pipeline results from associated failure
investigations and significant anomalies.
 Conduct periodic review and endorsement of inspection reports to ensure they comply with
the relevant standard. Instigate appropriate remedial action for any non-compliance and
ensure that inspection frequencies are aligned with clients standards.
 Performed integrity data management system with element such as loads, align integrity
data (ILI and above ground survey), generated Dig sheet, database maintenance,
performance measurement, updating, review and audit.
 Involved in fatigue assessment methods as well as finite element analysis, facture
mechanism, crack growth rate analysis, buckling analysis, hydrodynamics stability analysis,
failure probability and consequences of failure due to pipeline inconsistence.

 Constantly operating Kern machine 3500 in producing mail document that meet with the
requirement of companies and different clients (Quality Assurance).
 Carried quality check according to ISO international code and standard on produced mail
documents before mailed out.
 Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of the Civiemme stackers to ensure of
properly bundled, flagged and piled loads.
 Ensued that sigs are properlyjogged with good handling of platforms and skids as required
during production operations.
 Constant checks were made on page number, printing quality, job description forms, inserts
documents, paper cuts, tap test etc from start to finish during production.
 Achieved complete load flags and warehouse or shipping out loads sheets when required.
 Assist press crew as directed to perform various make-readies, cleanup operations and run
operations
 Performed HAZOP, HAZID, safety analyses during operations and handling hazardous waste
from print department, ink rooms, sorters machine department and mailing floor.

 Involved in preservation of Escravos Gas To Liquid project Rotary and Static equipment
such as Turbine, Primary Air Fan Lube Oil Skid, Sulfuric Acid Mixed Skid, Valve, Heat
exchangers(tube lube oil heat exchangers)
 Tracked corrosion and corrosion control on spare parts, equipment units, with the aid of
corrosion chemicals such as cortex Vpc 422, Vpc cortex 368, etc
 Performed Nitrogen purging and blanketing of pressure vessels such as Condensate
Polisher separator and anion regeneration vessel, Condensate mix and hold vessels,
Deionizer, Deaerator storage tank, Heaters and Super Heaters, Process Skid etc.
 Weather protection of skids, instrumentation, Equipments packages, Boilers sample panel
etc.
 Internal inspections of equipment, pumps, rotors, air coolers, Atomizing Air compressor,
Standby Air compressor, Phosphate storage tank, river water booster pump, recycle pump,
boiler coal, Inlet isolation damper etc.

 Vetted pipeline drainage plan and layouts, water supply pipelines plan and layouts
procedure, code and standard for companies and contracting organizations.
