Organizational development
• Identify and lead organizational development initiatives to support and enhance the organization’s strategic plan.
• Research, design and implement organizational development projects
• Develop strategic initiatives that foster organization growth and address corporate strategic goals and needs
Training and consultancy
• Carry out research and data collection to understand the clients; organization, industry sector, markets and competitors;
• Develop and deliver customized training, both open and in-house format;
• Develop content and deliver webinars and new training courses;
• Provide advisory services which assist organizations in improving productivity and overall performance;
• Create additional value for clients through insights, recommendations and consultative advice based on experience with the client, their industry, established standards, and leading practices;
• Demonstrate a high-level of commitment to client success, promptly responding to changes in client.
Business Development
• Develop and maintain relationships with local/national companies and public institutions;
• Prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients;
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales;
• Attend sales meetings with client decision makers, for presenting companies services, collaboration proposals and any other business related issues;
• Work with Research and Customer Engagement team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;
Marketing
• Attend networking events in Dubai/UAE/GCC;
• Contribute to marketing strategy development for GCC region;
• Provide support in organizing open training courses and conferences in Dubai/UAE;
Main responsibilities included:
• Identify and lead organizational development initiatives to support and enhance the organization’s strategic plan.
• Research and design organizational development projects
• Develop strategic initiatives that foster organization growth and address corporate strategic goals and needs
• Act as project manager for various initiatives within the HR area
• Lead the creation of a screening strategy, interviewing and recruiting for each open position
• Analyze business and human performance gaps and recommends appropriate development
• Carry out organization assessments, make recommendations for change, help design new structures and jobs

• Performance Architecture Toolkits development;
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) selected, documented and referenced;
• BI Software configuration with performance management resources;
• KPI dashboards and scorecards developed using MS Excel.
• Content development and editing: article, blog posts, press releases
• Developing content for e-Learning and training.

• Forecast financial and economic activities;
• Legality management with public institutions, banks and clients;
• Primary weekly accounting support;
• Application and managing credit lines and leasing;
