Organizational development
• Identify and lead organizational development initiatives to support and enhance the organization’s strategic plan.
• Research, design and implement organizational development projects
• Develop strategic initiatives that foster organization growth and address corporate strategic goals and needs
Training and consultancy
• Carry out research and data collection to understand the clients; organization, industry sector, markets and competitors;
• Develop and deliver customized training, both open and in-house format;

• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales;
• Attend sales meetings with client decision makers, for presenting companies services, collaboration proposals and any other business related issues;
• Work with Research and Customer Engagement team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;
Marketing
• Attend networking events in Dubai/UAE/GCC;
• Contribute to marketing strategy development for GCC region;
• Provide support in organizing open training courses and conferences in Dubai/UAE;
Main responsibilities included:
• Identify and lead organizational development initiatives to support and enhance the organization’s strategic plan.
