Generation of Volume and value forecasting through executing the demand planning components of the Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) process
Understand past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities, and clean the sales data and build base forecast while keeping track of sales and marketing activity logs
Understand and apply statistical models, depending on historical patterns and horizons using exception based planning
Report, analyze and deliver KPI´s (Forecast Bias & Accuracy, Customer Service KPI’s, Stock-on-hand days, Business Waste)
Manage short-term demand requests and problem solving
Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
Support the Facilities Manager with external contacts as needed.
Manage the Security access-control database in conjunction with the Security Contractor.
Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments.
Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
Analyzing sales / stock data per region & highlighting opportunities
Prepare reports, presentations, sales performance, forecast analysis, coverage reports, collection…
Follow up with all stakeholders on action points coming from “Regional Operational Sales Meeting”
Demand Forecast sales for Cheese & Snacks, with over 100 SKUs
Demand planning and management processes for new and existing products
Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends
Work with sales team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy
Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands
Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands
Address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner
Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy
Adhere to company rules and regulations
Insure sufficient stocks availability in branches
Work closely & together with operation department to meet customers’ demands
Develop, creating and follow up with marketing activities and promotions
Plan how to distribute Products around 11 branches in KSA
Provide the Plan every month for each branch
follow up every invoice
calculate safety stock for every month
make reports to show current statues for other debarments
organize the trips for containers
