• Implemented new process and procedure to the Purchasing Department from manual to computerized material/service requisition, RFQ, release of purchase orders (PO), follow-up on delivery and claims.

• Supervise/monitor daily activities of Procurement Department, ensuring that SOP is always adhered, correct material are ordered within the budget or best deals and timelines
