Issued engineering RFQ’s, closed RFI’s/TQ’s, initiated risk assessments and design safety reviews/studies.
Ensured readiness of AFC work packs, materials and vendors for offshore activities.
Approved offshore man-hours, monitored construction, coordinated with shutdown teams, project close-outs, led
lessons learnt.
Supervised internal & external interfaces to ensure project execution to sequence and schedule.
