Terry is now a Director of ZFP Asia Pacific Office (previously, he was the Technical Director of the Design Department in Jeddah). He is managerially responsible for a turnover of 170 million Peso per year and with over 100 professional staff including architects, landscape architects, interior designers, civil engineers, structural engineers, PG/HVAC engineers, electrical engineers and quantity surveyors for highways, bridges, other infrastructure and building design development projects.
Terry’s role include
• Ensuring that all the architectural/ engineering design projects in the KSA are fully resourced as per budget.
• Undertaking presentations and meetings with all stakeholders
• Implementing and Monitoring High Quality Control processes accredited as per ISO 90001 Quality Assurance
• Ensuring all projects completed in time within schedule
• Reporting to various VP and SVP and executive directors depending on the project requirements.

I have 3 universities degrees from the UK. My first degree is BSc in Civil Engineering (obtained in 1982), MSc in Geotechnics (obtained in 1986) and MSc in Transport Planning and Management (obtained in 1990). I am also a professionally chartered Civil Engineer and a Chartered Transport Planner.
