- Monitor stock, and arrange for re-distribution, based on the demand and the demand planning schedule
Provide guidance to the team in terms of product selection, product pricing in outlets, re-ordering of stocks, etc
- Ensure Training & development of team members & identify successors for this position
- Develop and maintain relationship with the suppliers and negotiate best prices and supply terms
- Analyse market research and survey reports, and take corrective measures for the brands
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports are prepared and distributed to all relevant
