Tasks Involved include:
 Requesting quotations from international vendors and negotiating to place orders as per orders approved by Supply Chain Manager
 Checking and Verifying Sales Contracts and place orders
 Oversees employees as they handle arrangements for shipments in a timely and cost effective manner
 Makes sure that staff members track freight movement & communicate any delays to the customer.
 Looks for opportunities to find lower cost carriers & faster shipping routes.
 In event of shipment disruptions work to develop contingency plans or facilitate an expedited shipment
 Ensure that new hires receive adequate job training & work orientation
 Maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors and government agency representatives.

Tasks Involved include:
 Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors
 Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
 Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors
 Reviews expediting schedules on all customers’ orders. Obtains and forwards information to planning and sales team.
 Responsible for all duty customs, sales and tax functions, including certification & verification, drawback, & compliance with government agencies.
 Coordinates imports and exports
 Reviews Freight Rates(Sea and Land)
 Liaises with custom brokers for update reports procedures and valuation

Tasks Involved include:
 Responsible to ensure all Services are promptly ordered and confirmed.
 Offering Competitive PDA to all Vessels Calling Port
 Making Contracts and agreements with Liner Vessel Owners and/or Charterers
 Manage Operational Performance and Quality by setting SOP and KPI
 Ensure top quality ship agency service is rendered to all clients(external & internal)
 Maintaining Best relationship with all the Port, Cargo and other Services Stakeholders
 Follow up overall Operation of vessels and give up to date reports to principals
