I am working as a production supervisor in Metahara sugar factory. I have been trained for four months and received a huge respect and appreciation for my passion, energy, quick learning skill, and adapting the environment. The training included assessments such as test, report writing, drawing of detail flow diagram, presentation, and appraisal. As a production supervisor, I am an intermediate to link the management and employee. I have to line balance and assign workers to a task; decide the daily production scheme and process during my shift; troubleshooting for problems that are caused during production process; ensure environmental, healthy, and safety operation; communicate with other teams such as quality control, technical, electrical, and instrumentation to ensure smooth process; quickly request in case of problems that needs upper management or other teams; Check the parameters; Decrease energy and material losses; and write daily reports and remarks. Generally, work to increase productivity and meet the desired quality. Besides, closely work with the technical team on both on corrective and overhaul maintenance, particularly by identifying troubles and confirm their work by testing.
I have given a free service during at Moha soft drinks S.C., at my break time. As a quality inspection and control personnel, I work to maintain the quality of the product with the standard. I have worked both in the laboratory and the production. I have worked in collaboration with the chemists, operators, and supervisors to get a better experience not only in the quality control but also in each and every sections as a continual experience sharing process from the internship.
Effective four month internship time. The first two months tried to acquire knowledge from the operators and other workers then worked together with the employee. Identify some problems problem and and tried to solve by recommending (mentioning them) and contributing two projects on "increasing the efficiency on water management of the company" and "increasing the absorption efficiency of carbon dioxide using potassium carbonate rather than MEA solution".

I have scored straight A (10A's) in the grade 10 national exam
I have scored an average of 92.8% and a percentile of 100%, which is the highest of all, in the grade 8 regional exam.
