Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties.

• Responsible for meeting and welcoming visitors and providing them with a first class customer service and also in charge of maintaining a pleasant and welcoming with efficient and professional reception area
• Clarifies customers questions/concern about charges on their bill
• Complete customers check-in/out procedures
• Answer, screen and redirected inbound phone calls
• Receive, assist clients and escorted them to correct destinations; offices, rooms or meeting rooms

Responsible for maintaining & updating the company’s website & social media.
Assisting in organising promotional events. Liaising on a daily basis with clients, customers and suppliers.
Involved in drafting PowerPoint and Word pitches.
Involved in organising planning and controlling exhibitions.
Bachelor of Science (Micro biology)
