▪Develop plans for preventive maintenance.
▪Develop procedures for completing maintenance activities such as joborders to keep track of performed maintenance tasks.
▪Set the service schedule and checks for the pumps, boilers and chillers.
▪Supervise the installation of equipment.
▪Advise and approve on items to be replaced or repaired.
▪Monitor performance of the staff and interfere when necessary.
▪Make sure that working environment in the workshop is good and safe for all the staff.

▪Develop best practices to improve production capacity and quality.
▪Plan and coordinate production engineering processes using ERP.
