 Job Description.

The Construction Services Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and directing URED’s construction services in terms of project management, time management, quality control; in addition to setting up the project management office.
• Develop standardized policies, processes, approaches, and tools for the Construction services.
• Develops the Construction Services business plan, budget and resources while ensuring alignment with company overall strategy and direction.
• Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives and objectives, as applicable to the construction Services function, and ensure it is communicated properly to all
Individuals within the department.
• Ensure effective management of project construction from construction, testing,
Commissioning and hand-over which covers project management planning, cost
Management, time management, quality management, and issue & risk management.
• Manage, monitor and evaluate the project construction process in coordination with the contractor & supervision firm, as applicable.
• Conduct formal status meetings and prepare periodical status reports “progress report” (daily, weekly, and monthly) to management in order to ensure that the project remains on time and within allocated budgets.
• Maintaining and ensuring proper operations from quality control perspectives

- Conduct the following activities for 4-Towers contain 5 basements + Ground Floor + 20 storeys.

• Conduct inspections for formwork during construction.
• Conduct inspections for steel reinforcement during construction and before pouring concrete.
• Deal and solve daily issues on site.
• Supervise on Civil & Structural works.
• Supervise on Excavation and backfilling.
• Make daily reports to management.
• Supervise on surface preparation after finishing excavation.
• Monitoring Tests for Concrete, Compaction of Soil.
• Conduct inspections and testing for water proofing.
• Supervise on water tanks and retaining walls works.
• Checking of concrete slumps and temperature.

 Job Description:

• As owner representative ensure new opining/reopening after renovation on time.
• Prepare preliminary Drawings & Coordinate with Designer consultant to obtain the Municipality permit.
• Coordinate with international interior décor Designers to prepare the interior design & Play unit.
• Finalize the design & seating capacity for store after discussion.
• Obtain quotations for furniture & Play unit from suppliers.
• Make price analysis for quotations obtained.
• Make orders for the furniture & Play unit then Purchase Orders.
• Supervise on Civil & Structural works during construction.
• Supervise on company Renovations projects on Riyadh and Dammam.
• Supervise on company new projects on Riyadh and Dammam.
• Reviewing time schedule daily in order to monitor work progress.
• Supervise on water tanks and retaining walls works.
• Supervise other Activities and ensure achieve high quality.
• Make daily reports to management.
• Handling materials submittals.
• Reviewing structural shop drawings.
• Conduct inspections and testing for water proofing.

• Supervise finishing external (cladding, paint...Etc) and internal (floor tiling, gypsum for ceiling, etc).
• Supervise furniture & Play unit Installation which is done by international suppliers.

• Coordinate with interior décor contractor for the palace.
• Handling and solving daily issues on sits.
• Make daily reports to management.
