Co-founded Incitement Growth as a derivative of Incitement which is a public speaking platform meant to promote motivation, entrepreneurship, leadership and positive ideas to the youth. Incitement Growth is focused on delivering the value to the refugee community in Malaysia that is composed of many nationalities, such as Somalis, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Iran, Sudan, Nepal and more.

I have built the infrastructure of Mindvalley Arabic online ecosystem whereby I built the bone commerce accounts, systems, communication platforms and copy written the base work of the business in Arabic. I have also constructed the companies first project and website while strategising the marketing campaigns and online advertising towards the MENA region.

Moved on to build our second product/project/website and having used the knowledge gained from the first experience, we broke even within a month of launching our campaigns. While at the same time organised in-house trainings and workshops for Arab post graduate students in Kuala Lumpur.

On top of that, working with a dynamic team gave me the opportunity to understand team management, training and development to far extends, where I have organised part of the training program for the customer support team and eventually the company as a whole.
