-Responsible of Acquiring high revenue customers at the consumers level, up sell zain services & make sure of retaining these customers
-Works under close supervision and follows specific detailed instructions. No latitude for independent judgment.
-Performs sales activities to new and/or current customers to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives:
-Qualifies prospective customer opportunities against key variables such as budget, timing, decision-making process, competitors, etc
-Creates and performs sales presentations to match company's products/services with identified needs
● Management for all the managed infrastructure projects, i.e. Airport, Malls, Smart
● Conducting personal visits and initiating phone calls in order to build and maintain healthy and professional relationships with existing and prospective clients, resolve their dilemmas and conflicts, and assess their needs.
● Increase sales coming from ETTH.
● Increase sales coming from FTTH.
● Identify potential smart building opportunities.
● Increase sales for the smart products, i.e. Google apps, tracking system, smart cameras.
● Site survey with engineers for the buildings and compounds to find the connectivity
-Responsible of Contact potential customers by telephone Describe the product benefits and any special offers phone making outgoing calls based on a script

-Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
-Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
-Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
-Make coffee and set out food.
-Ensure reception area is tidy.
-Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
-Coordinate office activities.
-Handle phone calls from people calling in sick.
