Providing day-to-day inventory control support to distribution center.
Conducting cycle counts scheduling, physical inventory coordination, inventory variance research and reconciliation as required. Using inventory control operating systems and report tools to control material flow and compile record with quantity, cost, and type of material received, inventory accounts, or issued. Responsible for counting goods and raw materials in the warehouse on daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner.Handle the tasks of researching and reconciling daily inventory variances.Perform responsibilities of reconciling the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.Handle the tasks of identifying and reporting close dated product.Received work orders and tenders from superiors and dispatched them to personnel.Tracked and submitted working hours of employees to payroll department.Routing store deliveries in cost efficient manner.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.

Receive the item checking barcode and description and accurate qty while receiving the item
Check the expiry production date for FMCG and minimum temperature to be frozen item.
Reject item if it is not matching according to our order and expiry item.
Prepare Gondolas and Podium of Promotion
Display the goods section wise (Cereal with cereal and Coffee with coffee

Check the expiry on weekly basis
Cleanness of shop and sub stores
Merchandises pricing, display and replenishment of all stock sold
Update price of merchandise in the event of price mark up/down
Inform the supervisor of specified operational issues
