Key Responsibilities:
Acted as Subsea Pipeline Project Engineer within PMT, ensuring engineering and offshore activities aligned
with project schedule and bid requirements.
Led Offshore Field engineering activities onboard pipelay vessel, riser installation, topside tie-in & pre
commissioning activities, coordinating contractor execution and reporting progress to PMT.
Coordinated multi-disciplinary interfaces across Engineering, SCM, Fabrication, Marine, QA, and
subcontractors.
Managed client deliverables, DCIs, and documentation submissions in line with contractual milestones.
Decision making to guarantee the procurement activities with technically and commercially qualified
materials/vendors.
Responsible for technical & commercial closures of survey contractors, subsea installation & pre
commissioning subcontractors.
Accountable for conducting pre-engineering and preconstruction surveys necessary for engineering
deliverables to support procurement and offshore installation.
Coordinated with MWS for review and & approval of offshore installation, transportation procedures,
barge anchor patterns.
Participated in HAZID/HAZOP/SIMOPS workshops and ensures action close out during offshore execution.
Visiting vendor works, fabrication yards, manufacturing plants to expedite work and witness FATs of
specialty components to ensure project quality & timely completion.
Overseeing Fabrication activities and ensuring the FIMs delivery to meet the offshore installation
campaign.
Responsible for All Change Order activity execution for subsea related scope.
Led change order identification, execution, and milestone claim support.

• Leading pipeline integrity team of 5 members integrity analysis work on Pipelines.
• Supporting the team to align with the engineering standards.
• Provide discipline domain knowledge to GIS team
• Monitoring multiple workflows (ILI inspection, Riser inspection, ROV report analysis, Dig
report analysis)
• Execute feature validation and QC of data input into system
• Interaction with the client and establishing the new workflows as per requirement.
• QC checking of the deliverables with respect to engineering procedure set for the project

• Validating the Pipeline attributes along with MAOP calculations for the Onshore pipelines.
• Engineering judgment on various case and supporting the team.
• Analysis and reviewing the Pipeline documents.
• QC checking of the Deliverables with respect to federal code 49 CFR 192.

Analysis of historical pipeline incidents data, interpreting the causes and
categorizing.
Deriving the incident weightage factor based on historical data of the western
offshore subsea PL.
Delivering a true picture of current scenario of the pipeline condition.

• Assistance in pre-constructional activities of KKBM pipeline.
• Preparation of piping layout diagrams and piping isometrics of extension work of BPCL refinery, Cochin

Responsiblities were :

• Preparation of MTOs and line list.
• Modeling the equipment & instruments from vendor data.
• Modeling the pipe routing and proper support corresponding P & ID & piping spec.
• Development of Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, Piping Isometrics.
• Preparation of final GA drawings.
• Preparation of Fabrication Drawing of Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Storage tank.
• Pipe span calculations.
