• Evaluate/ estimate project quantities based on approved IFC drawings, codes and standards.
• Monitor actual progress vs plan and maintain the records. Prepare PMS to support Weekly/Monthly project reports and invoices.
• Lead discipline quantity surveyors and to provide guidance to accomplish their responsibilities.
• Support the team in the discussions.
• Evaluate Subcontractors/ Suppliers invoices and Co-Ordinate with them to resolve quantity/cost issues and to expedite work progress.
• Monitor daily activities in accordance with approved plans and evaluations of plans, drawing and based on site visits and analyze daily progress report.
• Schedule remaining works/ Prepare various progress reports to analyze weekly client meeting.
• Prepare Three week look-ahead schedule and attend daily progress meeting and provide updates to concerned personnel to expedite the work progress.
• Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates.
• Subcontractors Invoice checking coordinating and resolving contractual issues and certifying.
• Daily Equipment monitoring and control the project cost.
• Provide assistance to Project Manager on contractual issues.
• Prepare EPC Weekly Progress Report and submit to attach with MOM of weekly client meeting.
• Assist planner/ cost controller to prepare various Reports, monthly project invoices, schedules and various cost evaluation.
• Evaluation and analysis various project cost for equipment/manpower/vendor’s invoices.
• Monitor the daily activities in accordance with approved plans and evaluations of plans, drawing and based on site visits and prepare the Daily Progress Tracking Sheet, Calculations and Estimates.
• Evaluation of sub-contractors Invoices resolving contractual issues.
• Prepare Weekly report/ Weekly monitoring sheet, Verifying Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil weekly reports from related Quantity surveyors
• Prepare Monthly Progress Validation Certificate (MPVC)
• Prepare Daily Manpower Report.
• Maintain the proper filing system for the corresponding engineering drawings, incoming and outgoing documents.
• Monthly invoice preparation /approval with PM/ submit to client.
• Structure wise exact Quantity Take-off from conceptual IFC drawings as per JER Standards, Preamble and Method of Measurements
• Regular Qty Updating as per Latest Revisions / STQ’s or CSI’s Etc.
• Interim Claims / Variation Claims Preparation
• Support Documents Preparation for Additional / Modification Works at site.
• Continual Invoice follow-ups with PMT to certified and get paid
• Inspecting and then valuing completed / remaining works.
• Log Maintaining for CSI as well as Claims for particular project.
• Preparation of BOQ/MTO from drawings and specifications.
• Preparing estimation for Bidding.
• Review SoW, Specifications and Design documents prior to quantification.
• Review Various Standards like ASTM and Saudi Aramco Standards.
• Preparing clarification to the client for the unclearness of SoW or drawings.
• Sending enquiries and getting proper quotation from various suppliers/ Sub-contractors.
• Evaluation and analysis of prices and rates from suppliers/ Sub-contractors.
• Preparing Price comparison statements.
• Handling various type of projects like Industrial Support Facility, Residential Facility, Water Treatment Projects, Refineries, GOSP, Schools etc. for Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Royal Commission, SEC etc.
• Maintain the proper filing system for the corresponding engineering drawings, incoming and outgoing documents.
• Prepare bill of quantities and bill of materials of buildings, drainage, sewerage, potable water, fire fighting system and irrigation.
• Evaluating subcontractor commercial proposal.
• Preparing Price comparison statements.
• Proper Record Keeping.
• Update overall summery sheet for project quantities.
Preparation of BOQ/MTO from drawings and specifications.
• To update the cost and quantity implication due to the drawing revision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of piping Isometric & GA drawings.
• Conducts line checking, punch listing works.
• To maintaining records of quantities of work carried out by the General Contractor
• To check quantities of work appearing in the General Contractor’s monthly claims for partial payments.
• Evaluation and analysis of prices and rates for review.
• Preparation of cost related analysis and its implications on the execution point of view.
• Proposal of new rates for deviations.
• Evaluation of contractors claims and variations and prepare response to justify their claims.
• Review and Evaluation of subcontractor’s interim/final payment applications for verification by Contracts Manager.
• Progress Payment Calculation and Invoice Preparation.
• Preparing Price comparison statements.
• Preparing estimation for Tenders.
• Preparing estimation for contractual variation orders.
• Unit rate and Lump sum rate proposals for the additional works.
• Preparing change proposals and change orders for claiming the extra works.
• Progress monitoring of Piping, Steel Structures, Equipment on weekly & monthly basis.
• Preparing clarification of the subcontractor proposal.
• Prepare and issue ITB after coordinating with construction and field engineering teams after collection from various departments.
• Preparing subcontract document after award the project.
• Comparing Subcontract commercial proposal and rate analyzing.
• Preparing in-house estimation.
• Preparation of BOQ/MTO from drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the daily activities in accordance with approved plans and evaluations of plans, drawing and based on site visits prepare the quantity survey reports, calculations, estimates.
• Conduct weekly progress meeting and inter department meetings to expedite the work progress report for client submittal.
• Preparation of completion reports.
• Preparation of cost estimates. Conduct field inspection and evaluation of work in progress.
• Preparation of claims, documents for above contracts.
• Review and Evaluation of subcontractor’s interim/final payment applications for verification by contract manager.
• Coordinate and Monitor the flow of work with the field engineers.
• Record keeping of all procurement inspection reports for piping materials.
• Assist the planning department for preparing the schedules.
• Takes actual material take off in the field. Conducts actual inspection of materials, equipment to conform to reference standards and specification.

• Inspection of Fabrication and Erection of Steel Structures like Columns, Beams, Girders and Trusses.
• Dimensional, Welding, Painting and Raw material inspection.
• Preparation of Inspection Certificates.
• Preparation of NCRs/Surveillance reports/Corrective action reports
• Fabrication and erection advices.
• Record keeping of all inspection reports.
• Providing training for new welders and fitters.
Supervising of Industrial Valve assembly/ Lapping/ Seat leakage testing/ Hydro testing.
